Our service concept is to firstly to respect and understand customers in order to build their confidence and dignity at a vulnerable time in their lives.
We provide wholehearted and conscientious help for customers to solve problems and challenges in their lives.
Our mission
We use the "heart" to communicate, and "six hearts" to serve.
1 and 2, Care and love: We do our best to understand the customer’s point of view, grasp the customer’s mood and requests, We think about possible problems for customers in advance and do our best to deal with them early and prevent problems from expanding.
3 and 4, Sincerity and careful: We help from the heart to regard customers as part of their own tribe understanding their needs for appropriate cultural foods and clothing and we do practical things for customers that let them feel the importance of their existence.
5 and 6, Heart and perseverance: the heart to treat and complete every work and service, for every customer consultation request, declaration, complaint to do everywhere, everything is managed; Regard service as career, quality as life, perseverance.
We are very conscious that negligence in home care service may start small and be momentary, but the harm to customers and the frustration left in the hearts of customers may be long-term. It does not matter customers have been with us for a long time or are new we adopt the same standard of “wholehearted, conscientious” to improve the quality of their lives.
We believe home care should be about making people feel more comfortable and confident in their homes. We take everything we can into account when caring for our clients, ensuring that to the best of our ability their requirements are met and they are not alone encouraging them to retain their dignity and independence.
